Bruce (Binyamin) Phillips has specialized in helping grow and develop companies of all sizes for over 35 years. His resume represents a very unique combination of hands-on business management, broad consulting experience with proven results,and academic expertise. He is known for his straight forward (and sometimes blunt) analyses of business challenges and his ability to build clear paths for profitable growth.
Professor Bruce Phillips managed a retail clothing business, served as an executive in General Motors for almost 10 years, taught M.A. and Ph.D. students at Bar-Ilan University for 20 years, and has served as a strategy consultant for leading global companies. His non-conventional approach to consulting incorporates strong operational components: helping to execute acquisitions, build alliances, interaction with the customers of his clients, and helping to build the capabilities required to face new strategic opportunities.

Two of Professor Phillips’ projects have yielded especially significant impacts upon Israeli industry: He worked as the strategic and organizational consultant to Teva CEO Eli Hurvitz from 1988 to 2003, helping the company become the world leader in generic pharmaceuticals and leap from $200m to $2.5b in revenue. He also served as the strategic and execution partner to Amdocs CEO’s from 1999 to 2010, building the company from $627m to $3 billion revenue.
